The process at HR Lyric Video is straightforward: we ask our clients to provide us with their song, lyrics, and band logo. We also request the album or single cover artwork, although there have been cases where it’s not yet finalized, and we proceed without it. Providing keywords of what they would like to see in the video is helpful, and if they share other videos as examples, it greatly assists our work.
3. What types of files do I need to provide for my Lyric Video to be created?
For the song, MP3 or WAV formats are accepted. For the lyrics, TXT is preferred, although DOC is also acceptable. Regarding the logo, we request PNG or JPEG files.

The duration depends on the type of service contracted, ranging from 3 weeks to 5 weeks.

Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. In the specific case of Mexico, bank transfer via SPEI is also accepted.

The client owns the full rights to the video. Only HR Lyric Video may use parts of it for marketing and advertising purposes.

Yes. However, the language of the lyric video depends on the song’s lyrics. In the case of requesting a language that does not use the Latin alphabet, it may not be possible to create the video.

13. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A refund applies when the video is not delivered due to negligence solely attributed to HR Lyric Video. If the video is unilaterally canceled by the client once the process has started, the refund of 50% does not apply.
