- Initiation of Work: Work will start only upon confirmation of receipt of files sent by the client (song, visual artwork, and lyrics), and upon receipt of payment for 50% of the final amount.
- Delivery Timeframe: The delivery time will be determined by the contracted service, and the countdown will begin upon confirmation of receipt of 50% payment and the files.
- Revision Policy: The client is entitled to a certain number of revisions, the quantity depending on the type of service contracted. Any additional changes may require an additional fee, determined based on the specific circumstances.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If the client is not satisfied with the final work, they have the right not to pay the remaining 50%. The initial payment will not be refunded in this case.
- Ownership of Shared Content: The client must be aware that they must own the songs shared for the Lyric Video as well as the visual content provided for the Lyric Video. HR Lyric Video assumes that this is the case and will not be held responsible if the song or material is claimed by any third party.
- Intellectual Property Rights: The client retains the intellectual property rights of the created Lyric Video.
- Use of Work Samples: HR Lyric Video may use portions of the videos as samples or examples of work done for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Force Majeure and Service Delivery: HR Lyric Video may not deliver the contracted service in cases of force majeure such as technical failures, connectivity issues, or any other circumstances that impede the normal operation of the service. In such cases, the client will be notified, and a request for an extension in delivery or a refund of their deposit will be made.
- Cancellation Policy: If the client decides to cancel the service before the delivery date for reasons solely attributed directly to the client, HR Lyric Video will not refund the initial 50%.
- Confirmation Time: Upon receipt of the initial video link, the client is granted a period of 3 days from the date of receipt to confirm its content and quality. In the event of non-confirmation within this initial timeframe, an additional extension of 2 business days will be provided. If the client fails to confirm within the specified timelines, the company cannot be held responsible for the availability of time to make corrections or adjustments to the video.
